COGNITIVE BEHAVIOURAL THERAPY (CBT)

If you are suffering from anxiety or low mood then CBT can help you. London Cognitive Behaviour Therapy Ltd helps adults and young people (16-18 years) suffering from depression, anxiety, social anxiety, specific phobias, work stress, study stress, relationship problems, parenting stress, postnatal depression, post-traumatic stress (PTSD), obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD) and many other problems we face in life. CBT helps you to focus on dealing with your current situation (however difficult) and improving your life in the present. It helps you overcome your difficulties by encouraging you to challenge any unhelpful thoughts and behaviours, and to actively problem solve, when this would help.

COUNSELLING

If you are feeling overwhelmed by uncomfortable thoughts and feelings, and need to talk to someone professional and non judgemental, outside of your current situation, then counselling can help you. London Cognitive Behaviour Therapy Ltd offers counselling sessions and helps adults and young people (16-18 years) who are suffering from depression, bereavement, and stress. Counselling is also suitable for those adjusting to changes in their lives and those who need to talk through important life decisions. It is also helpful for talking about past events, particularly in early life.

COACHING

If you feel you are not achieving your full potential at work, at college, in your sporting life, or in relationships, then coaching can help you.

Cognitive Behavioural Coaching helps you achieve your personal and professional goals by empowering you to make positive changes in your life. Coaching can assist you in finding solutions to a range of complex problems, by encouraging you to use your strengths and improve on your weaknesses.

By applying CBT principles to coaching, London Cognitive Behaviour Therapy Ltd helps you achieve your personal goals and career aspirations.

POSTNATAL OR POSTPARTUM DEPRESSION

If you are experiencing a low mood or anxiety and have a baby or toddler then you may have postnatal depression. CBT or Counselling can be very helpful in enabling you to recover, discover your inner strengths and begin to enjoy life more.

Testimonials

It was helpful to have someone to unload to, but it also helped me to uncover some of the reasons for my behaviour and stress levels. The CBT helped me to really understand my driving emotions and be accountable for my reactions to things.

Testimonials

Denise was very easy to talk to, personable and non-judgemental. She was also flexible allowing me to tailor sessions to suit my pace and limitations where needed.

Testimonials

Denise managed my expectations well and linked all work back to the goals I outlined in my initial session. I definitely enjoyed learning some CBT.

Testimonials

Being able to work through my issues with a professional, qualified therapist was very helpful. It gave weight and validation to the tasks I was asked to do, and Denise offered a non-judgemental environment to work through my anxiety. A solution-focused approach really worked for me.
